Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or egg noodles)
  • 1 can (15 oz) of tuna (drained)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently fold the cooked pasta into the tuna mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbling.

Notes
