Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken breasts on the baking sheet and sprinkle chopped dill pickles on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
