1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, roughly 2-3 inches in diameter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if frying. If using an air fryer, preheat it to 375°F (190°C).
For skillet cooking, fry fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. In the air fryer, cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
