Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, roughly 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if frying. If using an air fryer, preheat it to 375°F (190°C).
  4. For skillet cooking, fry fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. In the air fryer, cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover fritters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
