Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Nashville hot chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Oil spray (if air frying)

Instructions

  1. Freeze the mozzarella sticks for about 30 minutes.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, whisked eggs, and a breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
