Ingredients

  • Tortillas or Flatbreads (6-8 pieces)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
  • Pizza sauce (1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut tortillas or flatbreads into 8 wedges.
  3. Toss cut pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and a dash of salt in a large bowl.
  4. Air fry or bake the seasoned wedges in a single layer for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown, checking and flipping halfway through.
  5. In the final 2 minutes, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chips until melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

These chips are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
