  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish (if baking) or add to your slow cooker pot.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Ensure the noodles are cooked and the cheese is melted. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
