Ingredients

  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups fruit juice (e.g., cranberry or raspberry)
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix the gelatin with cold water: In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the fruit juice: In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of fruit juice until just about to boil, then remove from heat.
  4. Combine the gel mixture and juice: Pour the hot fruit juice over the bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
