Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup juice (cranberry or apple)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruits (like strawberries or bananas)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or stevia
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients and have a mixing bowl and whisk ready.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until it’s nearly boiling, then remove from heat. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder on top and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Combine the gelatin mixture with 1 cup of juice in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruits and add to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or stevia if desired and stir to combine.
  6. Blend briefly for a smooth consistency, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once chilled and firm, cut into cubes or serve in glasses.

Notes

Best enjoyed in moderation as a snack or after workouts. Adjust sweetness to personal preference.
