Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Pastel sprinkles for decoration
  • Candy eggs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jell-O layers by pouring 1 cup boiling water over each 3 oz box in separate bowls. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup cold water to each bowl and stir. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Make the creamy filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three equal portions.
  6. Mix each portion into a different Jell-O bowl until smooth.
  7. Assemble the first layer by pouring the lemon Jell-O into the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Add the grape Jell-O layer and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  9. Add the berry blue Jell-O layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  11. Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy eggs.
  12. Slice and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. Garnish with additional whipped cream and candy for a festive touch.
