Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works beautifully)
  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine, uncooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas, optional
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the uncooked pasta and frozen peas (if using) until evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  5. Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 4 hours or until the pasta is tender.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Stir gently before serving to mix in the melted cheese and enjoy!

You can customize this dish by adding your favorite vegetables or using leftover turkey.
