Ingredients

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Gather all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate and Butter: In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix In Marshmallows: Add mini marshmallows, stirring until melted and mixture is homogenous.
  4. Combine with Cereal: Remove from heat and stir in crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
