  • 2 cups pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker/Air Fryer/Oven: Lightly grease the slow cooker insert or preheat air fryer/oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, spices, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill the Crust: Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust, smoothing the top.
  4. Cook: For slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 2–3 hours; for air fryer, cook for 30–35 minutes; for oven, bake for 45–50 minutes until set.
  5. Cool: Allow cooling completely for best texture, usually about 2 hours.
  6. Serve: Top with whipped cream or ice cream, and enjoy!
