Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and broccoli florets.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the mayo mixture over the chicken and broccoli, mixing until well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and optionally add breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different veggies or spices to suit your taste. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
