Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of your slow cooker with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge later.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared slow cooker and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Set the slow cooker to low heat and cover it. Allow it to cook for about 2 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even melting.
  5. Once melted, turn off the slow cooker and let the fudge cool to room temperature.
  6. Transfer the fudge to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up fully.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut it into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

For a delightful sweet-salty contrast, sprinkle sea salt on top before it sets. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
