Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into large chunks and scatter them at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the diced potatoes and sliced mushrooms over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and ranch seasoning, stirring until smooth.
