Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fruit juice (100% pure)
  • 1 packet powdered gelatin (or equivalent sheet gelatin)
  • ¼ cup cool water
  • Sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Fresh fruits (optional, chopped)
  • Water (for dissolving gelatin)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: cold fruit juice, gelatin, water, and any optional add-ins.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup of cool water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 ½ cups of fruit juice in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved (1-2 minutes).
  5. Add sugar or honey if desired, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Pour mixture into a mold or cups, add chopped fruits if using. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
