Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 1 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (for brightness)
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, kiwi, and grapes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss them to ensure even coverage without mashing the fruits.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, give the fruit salad a gentle toss. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the dressing separate if not serving immediately to avoid sogginess.
