Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with a light coating of butter or oil.
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl or microwave-safe cup for about 20 to 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the melted butter, and stir until evenly combined.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts, basting the tops.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before seasoning. Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked chicken. Broil for extra browning if desired.
