Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with paprika, plus salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat, add 2 tbsp of the butter and minced garlic to the pan with chicken. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add the remaining butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated. Return the chicken to the pan and mix gently.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
