Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked and golden on all sides. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Warm through for another minute.
  6. Serve immediately with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
