  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
  5. Add cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before dicing for better browning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
