Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Once browned, remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each into 4-inch rounds.
  5. Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture onto each biscuit round. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges securely.
  6. Arrange them seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
