  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the top with shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
