Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: gelatin, water or juice, sweetener, and any fruits.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in a small saucepan with water or juice over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sweetener and stir until combined, allowing the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. If using, add chopped fruits and distribute evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until firm.
