  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the melted chocolate into the egg mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans until evenly combined.
  6. Carefully pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
