  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup apples, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
