Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced zucchini
  • 1 cup of bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup of cooked ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced zucchini and bell peppers.
  3. Fold in the cooked ground turkey or chicken.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture and stir well.
