Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until all crumbs are moistened.
  2. Form the crust: Press the crumb mixture into individual dessert cups or muffin tins and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Make the filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing well.
  4. Add lime goodness: Mix in the key lime juice and lime zest into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fill the crusts: Pour the creamy filling over the crusts and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Prepare the whipped cream: Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form and dollop onto each mini pie.
