  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Line the bottom and sides with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Layer Graham Cracker Crumbs: Spread the graham cracker crumbs evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk: Drizzle the condensed milk over the crumbs, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Layer Coconut and Nuts: Evenly spread the shredded coconut and chopped nuts on top, followed by the remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 120-150 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool and Slice: Let it cool completely before lifting it out using the parchment paper. Cut into bars and serve!
