Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  2. Cook the Sausages: Place the mini sausages into a slow cooker or air fryer and pour the sauce over them, tossing gently.
  3. Slow Cooker Method: Set to low and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Prepare the Cups: Arrange mini phyllo cups on a serving platter.
