Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Flour (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and free of lumps (2-3 minutes).
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and flour until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally topped with caramel sauce or fresh fruit.
