Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 green tea bag
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Water for brewing green tea

Instructions

  1. Gather fresh cucumbers, lemons, ginger, green tea, mint, and a sweet apple.
  2. Brew the green tea by steeping the tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then cool to room temperature.
  3. Dice cucumbers and apples, and finely chop a small piece of ginger.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, chopped cucumber, apple, ginger, and a handful of mint leaves.
  5. Squeeze half a lemon into the mix and stir gently to combine.
  6. Chill the pitcher in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  7. Pour the drink over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint. Enjoy!

Notes

Drink it daily for best results, especially before meals to curb appetite.
