  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing it lightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the Kodiak mix, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and eggs until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
