  • 912 sheets Lasagna Noodles (no-boil recommended)
  • 1 pound Ground Meat (beef, turkey, or a mix)
  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (or silken tofu for vegan)
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg (optional, for binding)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg (if using), garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker or air fryer. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top, breaking them to fit if necessary.
  4. Layer half of the cooked ground meat, followed by half of the cheese mixture and a layer of marinara sauce. Repeat with another layer of noodles, meat, cheese, and sauce.
  5. Top the final layer of noodles with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours or using the air fryer at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot!
