Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine the lemon curd, marshmallow fluff, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the lemon mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. Top with freshly grated lemon zest before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream. Avoid overmixing the whipped cream to maintain a light texture.
