Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh lemon juice, unflavored gelatin, sweetener, and water.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cool water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until steaming (about 70-80°C).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and sweetener, stirring well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once set, scoop out a portion and enjoy chilled.
