Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh Lemons, juiced
  • 1 Thumb-sized piece of Fresh Ginger Root, grated or sliced
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh lemons, ginger root, and clean water.
  2. Prepare the ginger: rinse and peel it, then grate or thinly slice.
  3. Juice the lemons and aim for about 2-4 tablespoons.
  4. Boil the water in a pot for about 5-8 minutes.
  5. Once boiling, add ginger and lemon juice; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Strain the mixture into a pitcher or cup and enjoy warm or chilled.

Notes
