Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz.) ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve about 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the chopped bacon and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and ranch seasoning, stirring to combine. Cook on low for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring to coat. If too thick, add reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm topped with additional cheese or toppings as desired.
