Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom, followed by the mixed vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them on top of the chicken mixture. Cover and cook until the biscuits are golden and fluffy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap chicken for turkey or use different vegetables based on what you have. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
