Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and form them into small patties or balls.
  4. If using an air fryer, place the patties in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. If using an oven, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the crispy goodness!

Notes

Feel free to substitute spinach with kale or goat cheese instead of feta for variations.
