Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine self-rising flour and plain yogurt. Stir until it forms a soft, sticky dough.
  4. Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough out to about 1-inch thick and cut out biscuits.
  6. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
