  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the flour and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl, stirring until just combined. Do not over-mix.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead a couple of times until it comes together.
  4. Roll or pat the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or glass.
  5. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet with space between each for expanding.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits have risen.
