  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker or air fryer basket.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Cook in the slow cooker on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes until tender. Alternatively, cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Top with optional Parmesan cheese and parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for extra heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
