Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • Optional: ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and shredded coconut until well combined.
  2. Evenly press the mixture into the bottom of your slow cooker or air fryer basket, creating a solid layer.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the base layer.
  4. Evenly distribute the chopped nuts on top of the chocolate chips.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all the toppings to bind everything together.
  6. For a slow cooker: Cook on low for about 120-180 minutes.
  7. For an air fryer: Preheat and cook at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired!

Notes
