Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini phyllo cups
  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a small cube of brie in each phyllo cup.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the brie-filled cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each cup immediately after removing them from the oven.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm!

Notes
