Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and shredded coconut; mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
