Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzels, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, break pretzels into small pieces.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments and stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and honey until well combined, then fold in crushed pretzels.
  5. Use a spoon to form portions into balls or clusters on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from fridge and enjoy!

Notes

Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
