Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to set.
