Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies (for crust and filling)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Chocolate syrup (optional drizzle for serving)

Instructions

  1. Crush 18 Nutter Butter cookies in a zip-top bag or a food processor until fine. Mix with 4 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, creating an even layer. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully incorporated and sweetened to taste.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully blended into the peanut butter mixture for a light and airy texture.
  6. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared cookie crust, smoothing out the top.
  7. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow it to set before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, try using different cookie flavors for the crust. Best served chilled.
