  • 3 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage for about 5-7 minutes.
